In phase one of updating this historic 1970s home in the East Oak Hill area of southwest Austin, TX, we took care of structural challenges and refreshed the living area with a fluted Carrara marble fireplace and new flooring throughout. We also updated one of the bathrooms to give the family a playful adventure to experience every day.

In the fall of 1975, this captivating house took center stage in the Parade of Homes tour, showcasing timeless architectural elegance and innovative design. Alongside the new owners, we will continue to update this residence with pride and designs that this home deserves.
